Los Globos de Oro son los premios otorgados por la Asociación de Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood (Hollywood Foreign Press Association – HFPA).

Este año la ceremonía de entrega, presentada por Seth Meyers, se emitió el 7 de Enero de 2018, en Los Angeles.

Simone Garcia Johnson, hija de Dwayne Johnson, ha sido elegida como Golden Globe Ambassador (antes conocido como Miss o Mr. Golden Globe).

El Premio Honorífico Cecil B. DeMille este año se ha concedido a Oprah Winfrey.
